Exclusion Rate – Valid from April 1, 1994 to September 30, 1997 The rates of pay for excluded and unpresented employees in the areas of the public service listed in Schedule I of the Financial Administration Act (FAA) and other divisions of the federal public administration listed in Schedule IV of the FAA are set by the Board of Directors in accordance with Section 11 of the FAA. 5.1.1 Surplus employees and dismissed persons who have been appointed to a subordinate position in accordance with this Annex shall, where appropriate, have their wage and wage compensation protected in accordance with the provisions of the collective agreement on the protection of wages or, in the absence of such provisions, the corresponding provisions of the Agency`s directive with regard to remuneration in the event of relocation or conversion. For employees appointed before the date of signature of this Agreement, their birthday is the date on which the worker received his last increase. Where persons are employed as management or confidentiality in a professional category and at a level covered by a collective agreement and their rates of pay have not been fixed by the board of directors, they shall be paid at the rates of pay fixed by the collective agreement concerned. Please refer to the tariffs in the collective agreement AV. Remuneration (remuneration) – has the same meaning as the “salary” in the worker`s collective agreement. For greater certainty, payments under B25.05 to B25.08 or other similar provisions in other collective agreements are considered severance pay for the management of this clause. Notwithstanding the employment security article of this collective agreement, in the event of a conflict between this Annex to the transition to employment and this Article, this Annex to the transition to employment shall have priority.
1.1.32 Severance pay and other benefits under other clauses of collective agreements are separated from and added to the provisions of this Annex. Rates of pay will be adjusted within 180 days of December 18, 2019.
